The the best liars around. Initially they sound reputable and competent and do one simple thing deliver product. What a hard, complex task. When I called to arrange delivery I was told they could arrive the next day and I'd get a call 2hrs then 30mins before delivery, I was impressed! My Saturday was spent waiting in anticipation until I received a call 'unfortunately your package wasn't loaded into the truck' a large 65' TV was somehow not loaded onto the truck.
I was given the option of delivery Monday, I like most normal people have to work. Ok I said I'll leave out authority to leave the TV at the door. Biology of plants 7th edition raven pdf viewer. Having cameras out the front I'd know if it's been left/undelivered/stolen but 'company policy' doesn't allow this. My written and signed consent apparently isn't good enough and now because of their lack of process and procedure I have to wait until next Saturday. Capitol employ drivers who can hardly speak English and cannot drive well enough to back into a road or a wide driveway, If you speak any Indian or Bangladeshi dialect you'll get on well with this group of incompetents rip off users who pay drivers peanuts. As a builder I find Capitol extremely incompetent at organising the right truck for deliveries to a site that may be hard to access, they expect our tradie's to help them unload!!!
Their drivers are rude idiots who can not make themselves understood because they do not speak our language. All and all Capitol are a useless mob of profiteering employing sub standard drivers and are unreliable.

STAY AWAY from them. Bought lounge at Myers in Brisbane City. The delivered it. Damaged my door frame. Myers contracted them so they a equally liable. Promised to get it fixed/repaired.
All talk no action. Don't buy anything from Myers which has to be delivered. They will damage your property and stuff you around.
Been over 6 weeks. Nothing being done about it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Now going to take Myers and Capital to court. They are USELESS. Beware of them.
Just on the 24th of December, a day before Christmas, we were supposed to leave by 8am for the south coast. Firstly The baggage wad delayed by Etihad Airlines and then this delivery driver from Capital Transport was delaying it even more. We got a call from Menzies Aviation that out bags had arrived around 8:30am and told that they will be delivered by 1.00pm. We were patient by 4 hours window time. Then around 12pm we called to ask where the driver was and they told the bag will be delivered by 3. We started tracking him from 1:00pm to see the route he was taking. We saw that the driver was 10 minutes away.
We were happy and suddenly after a few minutes, he had gone to another suburb in a totally different direction. We had slight suspicions that it was done on purpose by the delivery driver. After a few calls and requests,still they didn't arrive in the 4 hours window frame. We even offered to pick up our luggage at a suburb that is not so far away. They agreed but the driver drove away to the further suburb. I'm not sure if you guys would agree or not but I call that poor management.
I ordered my furniture from Super Amart and they have asked Capital transport to deliver the furniture to our place. Capital transport didn't inform me that two trucks were delivering the furniture. One driver called me and informed me that he is coming within one hour. After half an hour another driver called me and informed another time.
I thought they have changed the time. One driver came to my place and already left the place by mentioning I was not there. That driver is very rude and he didn't listen to me at all. He returned part of my furniture back to the warehouse. I contact Capital transport team and informed what had happened. I called at 9am and was waiting for a response till 4pm.

Until I went back to Amart and inquiry about furniture nobody didn't inform what had happened. Poor communication and poor service. Capital transport needs to teach drivers how to do customer care. Otherwise, company will close very soon. I am sitting here waiting for your company to pick up our goods to be delivered to a customer who has taken the day off to take delivery of his goods. But trying to get a courier here to pick it up is almost impossible. I organised yesterday times for it to be picked up I even rang them this morning just to make sure they understood the importance of time.
But alas.dealing with couriers isn't easy. I have spoken to three staff this morning and none of them know what is going on!! They keep telling me he is on his way yet you all have a different story on where he is and I can't track the driver either which makes it harder. The only negative comments on our shops ebay page are because of couriers and customers aren't always understanding and we loose sales because of courier companies:-( If I could rate you no stars that still would be to much.
Masters used this company to deliver a fridge. 2 delivery men turned up unannounced although i was promised a call before. They decided half way through that the already advised of stairs were too hard and left saying they'd be back next day with more men. Meanwhile unknown to me they had propped my pool fence open with a paint tin, in their attempt to get fridge upstairs. My 13 and a half year old dog who was partially blind, drowned that night!! I should of checked.
I didn't, i will kick myself for that until the day i die. I fear for families with children coming across this company.
Next day 2 diffrent men both big blokes turned up moved fridge 3 feet into the open rang head office said rain was coming so postponed moving fridge 1 flight of stairs? It rained heavily that night on my new fridge. Next day 4 blokes dragged the fridge upstairs banging it everywhere possible.
1 of them fell over at top of stairs and yelled at me to move a chair 4 blokes had failed to see as being in their way. I've owned this house 15 years and seen a fridge moved with ease with 2 men and a trolley many a time.

They unwrap the fridge the dents are massive and the old guy says 'not my problem lady' holy crap? I contact the qld manager he's reluctant to accept blame for anything. He comes to inspect the fridge says it their fault in person, then emails saying ill be lucky get the doors replaced. I asked him face to face if he spoke to the man who left fence open, he looked at me blankly and said it wasn't relevant. Masters have agreed to replace or refund.
Stay away from Capital Transport. I'm not one to post stuff. This is my first time.
In my 45 years as a fairly street smart person i have honestly never seen such incompetence in my life. Expecting a delivery Tuesday and told they would phone at least 30 mins prior to delivery, this did not happen. I rang late Tuesday afternoon was told they tried calling several times and I didn't answer, not true no missed calls recorded. Wednesday morning called again and told would be delivered between 8am to 1pm, no delivery by late afternoon and was told same thing that they called several times. It is now Thursday and called again this morning and told delivery between 8 and 1 and they were calling me back within the hour to confirm, still waiting, USELESS COMPANY.

A typical day at work would be making 40 phone calls per day as well as 8 appointments per day. I have learned a lot of time management skill on how to fit in the needs of my clients. Management is always supportive and always ready to assist if needed. My co-workers also assist in this way, and joint input is usually needed.
The hardest part of the job is to ensure daily KPIs are met and making sure you effectively time manage yourself so you can achieve the require KPIs. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting new people and maintaining existing relationships with clients.
